Change of Mind
We don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll refund or replace it.
Email us at info@pantrygirl.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Item(s) affected and quantities
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s)
Eligibility & Conditions
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- For damaged shipments, keep all packaging until we complete assessment; carriers may require inspection.
- If a replacement isn’t available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable food items cannot be returned once shipped unless they are damaged or faulty on arrival.
- Gift cards and sale items marked “final sale” are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- For faulty/damaged items, we may offer a replacement of the same item; where unavailable, a refund will be provided.
- Return shipping is not required for most damaged items; if we request a return, we will provide instructions and a prepaid label.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once we verify the claim.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing; your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
Proof of Purchase
- An order confirmation is required for all claims.
Order Issues
- If your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan. We may ask you to check with household members, neighbours, and your local post office, and to complete a loss affidavit for carrier investigation.

Our trusted delivery partners are working hard to ensure you receive your items quickly. Due to high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays.

You will receive a confirmation email, including tracking details, once your order has been dispatched. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping provider. Although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occasionally occur, for which Pantry Girl cannot be held responsible.

Discount codes cannot be stacked; we only accept one discount code per sale. Once a sale is finalised, no further discount codes can be applied.
